Well this is how Tournament Ready baits all came about. My name is Jim Speck, I am a habitual bass angler. I have fished in Lakes, puddles, golf course ponds you name it I have fished it. I grew-up in southern California and started bass fishing daily about 12 yrs ago. I started making my own baits when other suppliers couldn't keep up with my demands.

I believe I am making pure fishing lures. My baits do not contain salt or glass bubbles. My baits contain premium super float plastic and some of the best old school and new school colors. I believe that if you are going to spend your hard-earned money on fishing lures you should buy the very best.
